
Rob Devereux has considerable experience in the mineral resources industry and investment banking, including nearly two decades as the CEO of two publicly listed mineral resources companies, Sedimentary Holdings Limited and Paringa Mining & Exploration Company PLC.
Rob spent three years in corporate finance with the ANZ Banking Group and has held non-executive directorships in a number of publicly listed resource companies. He has been involved in projects from early concept through to final rehabilitation.
Professor for Sustainable Forestry at the Southern Cross University (SCU). Jerry chaired the Expert Independent Advisory Panel to the Minister of Environment (Victoria, 2004-09). His principal achievements include the development of SCU’s Forestry from a fledgling program into Australia’s premier forestry program delivered in Lismore and in Mt Gambier (South Australia). Jerry is recognised as the ARC ‘Expert of International Standing’ commissioned to review ARC grant applications.

Peter Mann provides ongoing strategic advisory services and business development. Peter gained experience in the following roles: Director of Domain Capital, Consultant with Boston Consulting Group, Stockbroker with Patterson Ord Minnett, Retail Business Development Manager for Macquarie Bank (VIC), President of the AFL Player’s Association and Professional AFL footballer for ten years captaining Fremantle in 1997 and 1998.

Andrew Wilson is Managing Director of Wolf Capital and a Director at Ceres Capital Management responsible for its sustainable investments portfolio, E3 Sustainable Investments. Previously, Andrew was Head of Finance – Business in Eastern Europe for a major global FMCG group. Andrew has over 15 years business experience with leading national and multi -national companies; both domestic and international appointments, primarily in Eastern and Western Europe.
