His early career was in sales, marketing and product development. Jim has developed and implemented the commercialisation strategies for several university and CSIRO created technologies.
Kevin specializes in establishing and managing biodiverse forests to enhance productivity. Kevin leads the design of WCG forests and develops ongoing management systems.
Following a PhD at Southern Cross University focused on growing productive biodiverse forests Kevin has worked with corporate forestry, conservation groups and private landholders to create and manage forests that optimise a range of values.
David leads the design, development and management of WCG water treatment systems.
David has a strong research focus and extensive hands-on experience in the project management of wastewater and stormwater solutions, new generation constructed wetlands, modern waste stabilization ponds, Water Sensitive Urban Design, effluent reuse projects, on-site wastewater management systems, natural wetland rehabilitation and integrated catchment management.
Kim Yabsley has significant experience in various business development and strategy roles across the public and private sectors. As a leading consultant in the field of climate change, Kim has assisted various organisations to understand their requirements relating to changing laws and the likely future implications of climate change. Kim is an expert in the field of carbon management and deciphering the implications for Australian business. Kim has facilitated many organisations in the move towards a Low Pollution Future through the implementation of climate related strategy, she is one of only a handful of qualified Carbon Management professionals in Australia, and has a range of experience in the development of strategic frameworks across the public and private sectors.

Ian brings 10+ years of experience in the fields of water, wastewater, and environmental engineering. He has worked for consulting engineering firms in Australia and overseas, in the mining sector, and also recently spent several years working for a national MBR company that specialises in decentralised wastewater solutions.
Robert McKenzie, SENIOR ECOLOGIST
Robert is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the ecological benefits of WCG systems.
An experienced ecologist specialising in aquatic ecosystems and natural treatment systems, Robert has technical skills and practical experience in design, management and monitoring of constructed wetland systems.
John’s job is to ensure projects meet quality, time and budget requirements.
John has 25 years experience in civil, landscape design and construction and project management in the public and private sectors.
James integrates his scientific and commercial capabilities to ensure WCG projects maximise social, environmental and financial returns.
James has worked for the UK government, an international consulting firm and Australia’s largest irrigation company providing advice on water resources and carbon market economics, environmental policy and natural resource risk management.
Katrina has environmental science, design and ecosystem monitoring background with expertise in field survey and data analysis. She has worked on projects involving riparian and ground water ecosystems.
Daniel has worked in the horticulture and landscape industry for over 15 years in Australia and abroad. He has experience within landscape planning firms as a horticulturist assisting with the selection and management of vegetation in commercial landscape projects.

Matthew has 8 years of a diversified professional background in project management and delivery in various industries along with a solid grounding of practical, hands on, experiences. He has worked on major industrial project as an Environmental/GIS/Lands officer, including party leader roles for specialist field surveys and community liaisons.
With a passion for forestry, Matthew has worked throughout the Canadian and Australian reforestation industry, gaining unique experience in high production, high quality, extreme terrain work environments.
Emily has 6 years experience working as an administrator and personal assistant in various industries. Previously she has worked for an IT recruitment company, a PR agency and a sports architecture company all based in London. Emily is from the United Kingdom but has been living in Australia for just over a year now.
